Care

Our centres boast a team of dedicated professionals with a genuine love for the children in their care. 

While our centres have their own broad philosophies, we encourage each of our staff members to bring their own life skills, talents and experience to their rooms, creating exciting and individual programs.

We encourage our staff to be actively involved in professional development, whether through in service training opportunities or via a variety of other networks – staff are continually developing their skills and increasing their knowledge.

Staff Qualifications
All of our staff is suitably qualified for the position they hold, these qualifications are as specified in the Child Care Act 2002:

Position	Minimum qualification (or studying towards)
Director	Advanced Diploma Children’s Services
Group Leader	Diploma Children’s Services
Assistant	Certificate 3 Children’s Services

We encourage the development of all staff and support all team members wishing to further their studies.
All of our staff is required to hold current Blue Card (working with children check) and first aid certificates.
